Excellent deep tissue massage. My regular visits with their professional touch and ability to relieve my tension. As usual, I'm feeling all relaxed and all of my knots have simply melted away.

Awesome deep tissue massage by Jessie, with just the right amount of pressure, and mix of light stretches. My knots and tight muscles were addressed, and overall felt relaxed at the end of the session. Not to mention friendly service, clean building, and affordable pricing! Will be back again.

I have been coming to this place for A few months now. I tried few of the ladies but now I always always go to Jessi. She is an absolute gem. I had a shoulder injury and had pain in it for about three years. Constant pain and it felt like the shoulder was in the wrong place. I got another massage by Jessi yesterday and to be honest it’s quite painful because of her technique. However, she released some deep muscle and it must’ve loosened some the shoulder because when i was asleep I kind of woke up in the middle of the night and when i pushed off the bed with that shoulder side i felt my shoulder go back into place and now the pain is gone. It could have been coincidence but i swear by it that it was her massage and now i am finally finally pain free. Painful but effective. I love Jessi!!! Thank you so much.

I dropped in to this massage centre after lunch at Braised Chicken next door.By far the best foot/leg massage I've ever had. I tipped 40% because it was so good. My legs and were sore and tired from my 8+ hour flight.It really made my trip to Toronto memorable.Great service.

Came to Great Life Wellness Centre for the first time today. Customer Service was good and massage was an A++.The atmosphere of the faculty definitely needs some work. Walls need a fresh coat of white or neutral paint, it’s currently a bunch of random colours on every wall. Makes for a very distracting environment.Rooms are a good size but lack in artwork and are painted dingy colours. There is no central music system and the music that was playing didn’t really suit the massage experience.I would recommend this place if you want a high quality massage but it’s definitely not a place you’ll be taking pics in.

I tried their combo service of Tuina massage (60 mins) and Foot massage (30 mins)for 90 minutes total and it was a great experience. Nicole did a great job. I recommend her to anyone who would like to try their combo services. The place was clean and accommodating.

Very relaxing and soothing. I had severe discomfort in my feet and after 1 hour session, I was relieved of pain and discomfort. In case someone is on fence and thinking about getting a foot massage, I would highly recommend visit once.

The staff was professional and friendly, and the massage was one of the best I have had. It felt like I was getting a new body after the massage. Ya I liked this place. Booked a 60 min foot reflexology massage and enjoyed every moment. I like quiet during these experiences and that’s what I got. Soft music playing, relaxing vibes, friendly service. Also super cheap around $60. My new fav wellness regime. Also in a mini-mall w some of my fav snack spots so it’s a double reward.
