Been going here since I had to start paying Tax’s at some point they swapped ownership. I thought it was weird that I hadn’t been getting anything in the mail regarding taxes. Called 5 months after dropping off my t4 this last year to find out he hadn’t done my taxes for the past 3 years because it was “ too much work” and decided not to mention it to me. After paying another few hundred i finally received a notice to pay 17% interest on my taxes since 2020. & instead of telling me to call in and request past refunds he charges me 100bucks to get them mailed to my house before telling me to call that same number to get my address changed.
