Great experience with this clinic. Dr. O' Reilly was pretty good answering all my questions and having and accurate diagnostic. The nurses and reception were nice and friendly.

I've had two very positive experiences with Dr. El-Chabib, he was very pleasant and attentive to all my questions and concerns. I appreciate his honesty in explaining my options and what to expect.Got my surgery done by Dr. Litchfield, again very pleasant and patient. We're 5 months in and my knee is still in one piece so it seems to have gone well :)Currently working with Brandon for physio, and again, great experience. He's very good at explaining what's going on inside my knee and managing my expectations - i need that.The comment from a reviewer about a conveyor belt made me laugh, because i recently told the bf that i really liked this approach because it means Brendan has never kept me waiting, nor does he just kick me out when the hour is up!

Happy with the treatment and confidence I received from Tarek El-Chabib. My concerns were listened well and received satisfying answers. Same goes to Physiotherapy department .Thanks

My appointment was at 12 and i had to wait more than 30mins. Blond lady nurse, was just rude that she was smiling at canadian people and was nearly yelling at other background people. Once I speak english fluently, she became a bit nicer. I cant believe this kinda person is still in Canada, especially working in clinic facing to different patients.

I wouldn't recommend this clinic for anything other than a cold. I have chronic joint and muscle pain, hupermobile joints that sublux many times a day, fainting episodes, and digestive issues, and more. I went to Dr O'Reilly about a connective tissue disorder after suggestions from my mother as well as afriend with the same condition. He dismissed me after a Google image search and I left the appointment feeling like I knew infinitely more about the condition than he did. I went back to my family doctor back home who completely validated my thoughts, gave me a presumptive diagnosis and got me on the waitlist for a specialized clinic, which was 19 months long. He did however, send me to physio, but in his referral only mentioned knee problems when I had told him specifically that I had physio for my knees in the past and knew what exercises to do, and I wanted to work on the rest of my body (back, ankles, neck, hips, wrists). Unfortunatel, the clinic's physio only allows you to work on one area. I liked my physiotherapis, Brandon, but the excercises were entirely too difficult for my body, and I'd often be debilitated for the week after my physio session. In the spring I got crutches which have been very helpful to move around. I've since temporarily withdrawn from my program at Fanshawe because of my illness, and moved back home to get help. My experience with my new physiotherapist has been amazing, we work on every part of my body and the excercises don't end with me in pain. I've also been referred to a pain clinic, which somehow was impossible in London.Lastly is my experience with Dr Campbell, which I don't have much to say about other than feeling completely invalidated when my medication started giving me horrible side effects. After my last appointment with him, I took myself to the emergency room at Victoria hospital for psychiatric help and didn't return to see him again.

I was consistently dismissed around the symptoms I was experiencing and made to feel like I was just being a baby. Imaging outside of an X-ray was declined being told it wasn’t necessary.Turns out I fractured my ankle almost a year ago and might actually need minor surgery. This never would have been diagnosed if I hadn’t gone back to my GP.

Was greeted by Cathy the admin person who was pleasant and efficient. Saw the doctor who explained the procedure very well. I stopped at desk on way out to pay and was pleased at how quick the process was. Highly recommended.

Incompetent. The physical therapists here strut around worrying more about appearing hip and like the big wolf on campus rather than being competent in their trade. They lay patients down on therapy beds and go from one to the next in an assembly line fashion, offering a few moments of advice and guidance, as if they're some sort of miracle healers that can diagnose and treat your issues in a few minutes of examining you. I've gone here a few times over the years for various issues and have always been worse off afterwards, and I've healed better either by doing nothing or creating my own rehab procedure. One particular time, I was being treated" by a particular therapist who fancied himself something of a whiz kid (middle-aged) because he was also versed in chiropractic. The problem was he didn't seem very competent in physical therapy and certainly not in chiropractic

Was told I must wear a mask. Not all follow this.Appointment time still waiting. Several walk-ins got in and out for whatever reason but a first time referral for care is still waiting.I understand getting behind but at least try to accommodate booked appointments.staff are lovely.

I have been seeinng Dr.O'Riley for about a year regarding my PCOS and I cannot trust anyone but him about it, extremely helpful and love the way he treats his patients. Would never go to any other clinic
