Absolutely zero phone etiquette and service. I called to ask about tool rental. Was on hold and popassed around for over 10 minutes, then hung up on. Whomever I did manage to speak with, only to be passed onto someone else, was rude and curt.

Worst experience ever. Longest I've ever waited to rent and return a deck sander. Waited an hour and a half to just return. Finally left without getting my deposit back.
