Dennis is right. Sonja is one of the best RMTs ever. I know because I have for many years gotten a massage on a monthly basis. I have been going to see Sonja for years & she always works out my kinks, stretches me good & aligns my shoulders. She adjusts her pressure to your liking. I like my massages deep & she does a great job at this. I'm sorry that I haven't given you a review but it's probably because I'm being greedy and want to keep you to myself :)

I have the best massage with Brian. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He worked on all my problem areas on back, neck, arm and shoulder and I felt so relaxed every time. I brought my husband there and he really liked it too. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I have been coming to Balanced Living for a number of years. I work in a high stress job and carry stress throughout my back. Brian and his amazing team can always find and provide me with relief. Brian is a great massage therapist. It's hard to find an Active Release Technique (ART) therapist. It's a bit pricey, but well worth the money for Brian and his ART work. He is very knowledgable and has a lot of experience. I have no experience with other therapist, so can't speak about them.

Agree with other reviewers that Balance Living (Brian and Felix) are fantastic at relieving muscle pain. They take the time to listen and focus on the problem spots. Highly recommended.

I have been searching for a massage therapist to go to regularly and and visited Balanced Living for the first time today. I was really happy overall.The receptionist is professional, kind and very bubbly.I made an appointment with Brian and I was really happy with his service. You can tell that he is very experienced and well rounded. He talks you through what he is doing, why certain areas may be hurting, what to do and how it helps. He educates you from start to finish on what you can do to decrease and/or prevent these pains on your own. The education piece is a first for me - thanks for the tips!This place is great with customer service! They want to make sure your concerns are addressed and you leave relaxed and happy. I will be returning. I am very happy :)

I have come here for myself and had a great massage. Because of this I purchased my boyfriend a 1 hour long massage for Christmas. There is limited availability so he was not able to book until April. My main complaint is that they made my boyfriend pay more because their prices have went up since I purchased his gift certificate. I thought it was really unfair for them to charge him. They should have honoured their original price. It is a terrible look to sell a gift certificate for a massage then tell the person who was gifted to pay more at the end of the massage.

I have never been to a massage therapist which was able to give me the relief that Brian had. Brian was great at taking any pressure I had and working it out- without me even telling him where it was! The location was very nice inside and the other staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Balanced Living for the quality of massage, the staff and the environment inside.

I have been going to Balanced Living for number of years. People are nice and professional. Clinic is very clean with extra precautions for COVID, and I feel very safe during my massage sessions.Brian is the best massage therapist I had come across, he always finds my tense spots to work on and is a valuable help to my stress and mobility. Other therapists in this clinic are also very good, so if Brian is not available I would not hesitate to book an appointment with another therapist at Balanced Living.
