Ordered last Tuesday 6pcs“ world famous fried chicken” for take -out with small fries. The taste of chicken is average. One piece was not well cooked. Attached photo.Commented on their fb page to let them know but it was deleted. No intention on my part of refund but to inform them so they will be aware. We know very well how risky it is when we encountered uncooked chicken meat.

Very disappointed, we ordered pizza, chicken alfredo and a burger. The pizza was a frozen pizza with cut up tomato and some cheese sprinkled on it, and the alfredo tasted just like a frozen meal and the only edible meal is a burger and that was mediocre at best.

We order their best world chicken with coleslaw and it was pretty good. Lots of black pepper in the chicken might be a bit too spicy if you have to share with kids and if they are not used to. They have a patio and a cute space inside.

My utensils were unwashed and waitress brought clean ones. Lettuce was wilted on two burgers on the edges and should have been trimmed. My hamburger pattie was not cooked properly and pink in the middle (see photo) I was told the taco salad was good. The waitress was nice. I'll try again next year to see if they have resolved there issues. Don't risk your health by going here now, there are better options.

We ordered the tofuwhich and the hippie wrap. The food was ok, but not great. It hit the spot for hungry hikers but we've had better in Waterton. The service was excellent our server was super sweet! & the food came fast. We sat outside and it was very pretty, bring a jacket for the evening breeze though! Dogs are allowed out on the patio too! I think we'd try a different spot before coming back. + my one fry tasted pretty moldy, which scared me!

My wife and I had a very good experience at Zum's. It was our first visit to Waterton and we were very glad that we could dine in here. I ordered the chicken strips, which came with fries and coleslaw, and I was not at all disappointed. I wish that we could have dined in here again during our visit, but our time wasn't long enough. I would like to thank the staff at Zum's for their hard work and dedication to serve their customers as best they can.

This is a goos place where you can enjoy after a good hike to the mountains or water activities in waterton. The place was packed when we got there. Waited a few minutes to get our table. The price is reasonable. There is a gift shop too.

I ordered the great Canadian burger. Presentation was amazing and it was a perfectly made juicy bacon cheeseburger. The soup of the day was a spicy chicken Thai, and it was fantastic.Would eat her again.

The music was very relaxing, the food was very tasty, lots of GF options. The server was very attentive.
