The Mobile Shop

Terrible lies, mix ups the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. They were trying to work within their limitations but virgin was making changes as they saw fit. Virgiin is the worst company on my own opinion. Due to virgins lack of accountabitility, it made two very competent workers looks very incompetent.

Although Ben works at this location, I was lucky enough to have him help me at the Big Bay Pt road location this week. He was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He explained everything and made a overwhelming process to me, very smooth and understandable, I will absolutely go to his location for all my phone needs. Thank you Ben and I love the green iPhone 13

This is the only place I go to get phones and anything related; the people are amazing and very knowledgeable. The store itself is quite generous with their promotions as well!

Ashley was an amazing representative for the mobile shop. She was informative about what would suit me best and get me the best deal. She is so friendly and had a great smile to greet me as I arrived. I definitely recommend The Mobile Shop on Byrne Dr in Barrie

Little shop inside Zehr’s, close to customer service. They offer chatr plans which was what I was searching for. Great service, and chatr was doing a promotion so their SIM cards were free !

The people that work here are great. We dealt with Rachit and Dale, both very patient, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the products and the different phone plans available.I got a brand new phone and lots of points towards free groceries. It doesn't get any better than that! :D

I don't give reviews often but thought these two deserved one. Aditya was the one to help pick out a phone and set it up. He did ask about some upgrades but didnt pressure us into anything.There was some system issues and were waiting for our points to load, I'm sure because of Black Friday. Het then came in explaining what he had just done for another customer which I'm not gonna go into detail but he definitely went above and beyond for. We were still waiting for our points so they suggested we go do what we had to and they would call when the points were loaded which is exactly what they did about an hour later.Thank you to both Aditya and Het

Amazing costemer service and great phones great deals and can't say enough good things about this place why not give stars cause that's only for perfect places and nowhere is ever perfect

Amazing service. Attn was focused on what my problem was and how I can fix it and not what they can sell me. Upon my request, they did demonstrate options of new phones but not push sales. Professional, patient, kind.
