Poor communication. Does not respond in a timely manner.Emailed requests for parts and still nothing 2 weeks later. Better and more responsive in area.Update: 3 weeks later response.Claims I am using an old email that doesn’t work but is the only contact email on their webpage. Really? Salesman can’t be bothered unless it’s a expensive piece of equipment you are going to purchase.
