My Hotel Sitter

Ann and team were great!!!! They stayed with our mini golden doodle for various blocks of time over three days so we could explore all Banff had to offer. I will certainly be using them again when we return to the mountains later this summer.

Would highly recommend hotel babysitters. The caregiver that we received was amazing!!!For the first time leaving our 15 month old daughter we couldn't of asked for a better experience and felt so comfortable leaving her with Tanya and safe.Tanya sang and made our daughter giggle and she absolutely loved her. The interaction was perfect.

We were in Banff celebrating my friends birthday and decided with short notice to try this service for the 3 tiny doggos so we would be able to enjoy a dip in the hot pool and a special dinner away from our Hotel. We got Amanda and she was perfect. She was punctual and professional. It took a little time for my most nervous little guy to warm up to her but he did. I will definately use this service again. Genet was an amazing care provider. We have never left our dog before, (we work from home his whole life) and this was very nerve racking for my wife and I. After a 4 hour session we were able to completely explore Banff and spend time alone together all while Genet took the stress off of us regarding our companion. We really appreciate this service and will bring our dog with us when we return to vacation and will definitely use this service rather than leaving him home alone. Thank you! I attached a photo to show how sleepy and content he was after Genet brought him back. 10/10 we are very happy.

I would recommend My Hotel Sitter to anyone looking for a responsible mature, all around amazing babysitter!!We had Jemilla as our sitter for our two young kids and she was fantastic from the moment she showed up until we returned. The company is very professional with their interaction over email and by phone. The sitter, Sonya, who we had the pleasure of meeting was an incredibly kind and caring human. She was a joy to interact with for my son and our family. She took care of our baby who is a 5 month old and we were so relieved to see sitters like her who allow for us to have a bit of downtime for ourselves while on our vacation. Our friends also had other sitters from the same company. They echo the same emotions. I highly recommend the company and their wonderful sitters who cared for our baby!

My husband and I visited Banff for a family vacation with our 2 year old daughter. We wanted to have a nice fancy dinner just the two of us, so we contacted hotel sitter. At first I was very nervous and felt terrible for leaving my daughter with a stranger. But I felt comfortable immediately when Clara walked in. She was very gentle and sweet and got down on our daughters level right away. She won our daughter over right away and I wasn't concerned at all by the time we left. I was incredibly happy with the service, they responded quickly and we're very efficient. I would highly recommend to a friend and have no hesitations about using them again the next time we are in Banff. Thanks very much to Clara!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Two very friendly and capable girls took care of our combined four boys so we could go out for an after wedding dinner with just us adults and came home to happy kiddos. Would definately use again!

We just finished a weekend in Banff with two different sitters from this company and I couldn’t be more happy with the service. This was the first time as a new mom I left my baby with someone other than family (he is 9 months) so I was a little nervous but all of that was quickly put aside once I spoke to Jess and met our sitter Emma. Seriously the sweetest babysitter I was able to leave and enjoy the wedding we were there to attend. Can’t recommend this company and their sitters enough.

we were very nervous about leaving our 10 month old with a sitter for the first time, let alone with someone we had not met. we spoke with Anne two days before our trip to Banff, she was very prompt in answering phone calls and emails up until the trip, she answered all of our questions. We had Debbie as our sitter, she was very professional and kind. She came prepared to watch our sleeping baby. We had brought our baby monitor so we could check on him while we were out. the first time we checked on him we saw Debbie putting him back to sleep so gently we turned it of for the night and were able to relax and enjoy the rest of the night.
