It was my first time doing anything like this and I must say, I had a great time. I went with my friend and we spent the whole time just laughing at how badly we were painting our pieces lol. I think they turned out great in the end though! There was a birthday party happening at the same time so it did get a bit loud at times but nothing too crazy. The staff were friendly as well and I enjoyed the music that they played in the background. I will definitely do this again.

Experience of painting was extremely fun and I really wanted to come back again. However, the situation that happened during pick up was very unprofessional and I will never come back to this location. On March 11, my boyfriend and I painted two mugs and were told they would both be ready on March 17. I called on March 17 to make sure and was told only one mug was ready and to come in on Saturday (March 18) instead. I called on Saturday morning again to make sure since I did not want to drive all the way for no reason. I was told that the mug could not be located. The employee on the phone took my name and number and said she'd call me back as soon as she knew something. I never got a call back. I called again at 4:30pm and a different person picked up and said they knew nothing about the situation and the employee from the morning had left without informing anyone. The afternoon employee said the mug could not be found and had to call her manager. About 15 minutes later I got a call back saying that both mugs were actually ready.

NOT PROFESSIONAL.I made a reservation a week and a half in advance. Received an email from the studio owner, at 8:30pm the day before my reservation cancelling my reservation because they booked a private event. The owner was cancelling my reservation, which I made a number of days in advance, with less than 24 hours notice. Had I not looked at my emails that evening, I would have arrived at the location only to be disappointed. The owner also emailed me outside of the organization’s hours of operations, so I can’t even try to make a reservation at another location. I’m unimpressed with the customer service skills.

Great place for school trip or a day camp to go in a group. Easy to find & entrance very accessible. Kids are raving about the fun time there today. Nice for grandparents as well; sit-down activities that are supervised.

Cute spot! Took my baby here recently for a fun little family project. Friendly staff and lots of options to paint. Can't wait to pick up our creations!!

Love this experience, fun for the hole family. Only down side is you do have to come back couple days later to pick up your art. Can be a pain if you don't live too close by, it is on the pricey side but it makes sense for the hole experience and paint.

Had a wonderful time painting with my daughter and some other lovely ladies for a ladies' night" event. There is a large variety of pottery to choose from along with an array of supplies to assist you with creating your masterpiece!"

Had a great time with my friend, was super fun and peaceful to paint our ceramics. Definitely suggest making a reservation and have an idea in mind ahead of time, the sitting limit is 90 minutes and there's back to back bookings so you really can't delay.

I spent ~5 hours painting a mug but was sad to see that it had been ruined during the glazing process. The mug had many detailed figures on it which the damage had covered. I was disappointed that a discount could not be given in this circumstance. The manager wasn't even ready to let me keep what was left of the mug in the case of a free repaint" offer until the store owner agreed. Mistakes happen

My boyfriend and I had a great time! Kayla and Sierra were very kind and helpful! Overall, a great experience and great date idea!
