I recently added a new puppy to my life and the staff at Pet Valu have been an amazing help.Lots of great advice and products. They only sell products that they stand behind as being to quality. I highly recommend them.

These people are AMAZING!!!! I thought my cat had IBS (vet suspected)so I needed a food that didn’t make him throw up. They worked with me. I tried 4 different foods. My cat didn’t like the one food, and the other weren’t working. They let me return all the foods and I got a FULL refund! Unfortunately I found out my cat has pancreatitis (thx to the ultrasound) so he is under the vets care for now. They REALLY do care about their customers!!!!! If a time comes that I can put my cat back on a Performatrin food, I will!!!!!I recommend this store to anyone who loves their pet!!

I have been going here ever since I got my two cats. There hasn’t been a single time I’ve come in without feeling so welcome and informed. They recognize me each time I come in and always give me the best treatment out there.I was just placed with a wonderful surprise of an emergency surgery for one of my cats and the next day I came in with millions of questions on what to do to help him currently and prevent it in the future. They helped me with every single one of my questions gave me some amazing recommendations and helped put my worried mom head a bit at ease.I highly highly recommend making this your pet store of choice without a doubt they truly care about every single one of their customers and their little family friends.

I come here to get my dogs food because it's close. The girl working there was unhelpful and made it seem like she had no idea what she was talking about. New, maybe? I don't know. The younger guy there, though, is always super helpful.

The air freshener used in this store gave me an instant headache. I feel sorry for the cat that lives in the store!

This place is great. The staff are always super helpful. They've offered consistently to help me with new product choices, food options for my cats, and carrying things out to my car (depending on how much kitty litter I get). The owner is fantastic, stands behind his products, and is helpful with recomendations if I need them.

The owner is a great guy well informed on the products and helped direct us to products that were better for our dog's health. It's a great place to go.

Good place to go to. They offer a buyer's card, buy 10 bags of a size and get 1 free. Food prices do seem to be going up.

I love this pet store ♥️ the owner, Jody, really cares about animals! He’s always super sweet to my two dogs and super friendly.They have pretty much everything I’ve ever needed in a pet store! They also have some great sales every month, and the free bag of pet food after purchasing 12 is a massive help!
