Great bike shop for used parts, saved me lot of money. Staff was super friendly and helpful even though I was bit late and they were busy. I could get all kinds of parts and some help to resolve my problem.

Great workspace for DIY repair. I needed a pretty rare crank puller, they had a whole box worth! If Bryan's there, you'll get expert advice on vintage repairs.

Got my first bike since year 2012. All the staff are very friendly. Grace was super helpful and patient, Dan is an bikipedia who untangled all my bike related confusions. Absolutely some of the best human on the planet. Highly recommend checking out the shop if you’re looking for a reliable used bike.

Truly a great experience stopping in here. My girlfriend was looking for a bike and the employees here were tremendously helpful explaining to us everything we needed to know. The previous reviews were also spot on; there is no pretentious bike culture here. It's an honest spot free of judgement with honest hard working people.EDIT: Regrettably, I need to update my review. After having the bike for a weekend and finding it to be not a great fit, I learned that returns aren't accepted. Unfortunately, I either wasn't made aware of this, or I misinterpreted something at the time purchase. Less of a positive experience.

Absolutely amazing service, staff and experience. I would have paid so much more elsewhere.It’s incredibly - this place is a ‘not -for-profit’ bike shop run by volunteers!!!I got a flat-tire at 7:30PM (welcome to Ottawa .. no bike shops open downtown at that time). I was so lucky to find this place. In less than 40 minutes, I had everything replaced while receiving a free hands-on lesson how to fix my bike. Yeah, I’m a passionate cyclist but clueless when it comes to repairs. Well not anymore :)I absolutely love this concept - it’s sustainable, community-based, environmental and economical!The volunteers were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - special thanks to Yusuf.No surprised here - I highly recommend this place. This shop deserves way more recognition!Thank you!
