Great experience with this company. Made my appointment online for the very next day. Was able to choose a 2 hr time window. Jordon notified me he was on the way ahead of time. He was very professional and quick to determine the main problem with garage door, and gave me several options and price points to choose from. Fixed everything in a fast, efficient manner. The door is now functioning perfectly with none of its previous noise.

Service professionals!! I called for a repair and got a quick appointment set up. They texted a reminder and the day of service they sent a text with appt and technician info. Max V. our technician was super courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly diagnose the repair and went on to complete the job in a very short time. Appointment was easy to schedule, with communication by email, text, and phone call including picture of technician before the appointment. Marc and trainee Tony (i think) arrived early, made a prompt diagnosis and a thorough fix was completed and the problem was resolved. THANK you very much, excellent company to work with.

We called for service at 12:00 noon today 6/8/2023, the service technician Marc Danger was at our home about 3:00 today and fixed both springs and bearings on our garage door. Well, just let me start by saying, that I couldn't believe that I called on a Friday, and they were able to come out that Sunday! My technician, Mark, was so personable,and extremely friendly! He not only explained to me what needed to be repaired,but also inspected everything,and kept the price very reasonable! I am considering a new garage door in the near future,and I definitely will be calling Mark, from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.Thanks!
