The Ultimate Wedding Project
We recently rented the gold belmont chargers for our wedding. They were of great quality and looked absolutely beautiful! Will was extremely flexible and responsive, and made the process easy for us with the setup/teardown service. He even waited past midnight until our plates were ready to be picked up. I highly recommend Will and his team!

Wonderful company to deal with. Will was professional, helpful and punctual. The feather enterpieces were perfect for our daughter's Gatsby styled wedding. With the addition of the gold framed table numbers and mercury glass tea light holders, the tables were gorgeous and loved by everyone. What an impact when you entered the room. So happy!

Working with Will at UWP is a great experience from start to finish. I've worked with him now on a couple of weddings and it's reassuring how professional and reliable he is as a vendor. His rentals are beautiful and he's incredibly organized, from planning to execution, so working with him is a smooth and delightful experience. His pricing is also competitive and fair. I can 100% recommend him to clients without any concerns. He is also just a really nice person to work with, so all around, 5 stars! :)

Will was great to work with on our wedding day October 11th.We reached out to him last minute and he showed great flexibility and willingness to help. Amazing service, beautiful setup, easy communication.Will was very timely with responses, understood everything I wanted and was very easy to work with.He provided beautiful decor and also helped us with other little things. What helped the most was that he was available everytime I needed to talk to him about the decor - he made planning that part of the wedding the least stressful!I would use The Ultimate Wedding Project again for any other event!

We rented Candelabras, pedestals, ghost table and vases from Will! I cannot say enough good things about Ultimate wedding project! Will was amazing to deal with, very responsive with his emails. He was so patient and helpful and pickup and drop off was easy. He explained everything and the process was so smooth! Would highly recommend renting from his company. The Ultimate Wedding Project
We rented the Ghost Table for our wedding in August. It was absolutely stunning. The table was the perfect size, we used it as our signing table at the ceremony and sweetheart table at the reception. The Ultimate Wedding Project staff were amazing with delivery, set up, and take down.

The Ultimate Wedding Project
For my daughter’s wedding last week, we used the 38” 4 arm silver Candleabras from The Ultimate Wedding Project. They were gorgeous, along with silver charger plate.They added so much to our decor and Will the owner is very professional and easy to deal with.I would never hesitate to work with him again!
