Real Canadian Superstore Oak Park Drive

I am not one to complain as per any other post I have shared, which were positive. However this store location milk department is always in shambles. Do not take my word for it, simply walk in any time of day and see for yourself. The worst part is on several occasion the milk was over its due date and I reported it to an employee. The milk at this store is so consistently close to the expiry date I no longer go. I am not sure why this is happening at this location because their competitor who is owned by the same corporation has a quality milk department.I hope this helps improve the situation at this store for the people who still purchase milk there.

Very clean and easy to navigate grocery store. They offer price matching. They have special parking spots for pregnant people or families with small children. This store also has clothing and houseware items. Friendly staff

Nice and wide circulation space. Clean for the most part. Items are findable and if not, there's always store employees ready to help..Well managed in my opinion.

The store is clean and organized. Some items are cheaper at Walmart and by a significant amount but for the most part this is a better store with lower prices than Walmart overall. I would recommend shopping here.

That’s it! I am giving up on this store! The manager’s ignorance of what people are going through is unbelievable! They keep implementing new processes that just do not work! They still have one of the entrances closed, a practice implemented during covid while all other stores have opened all of them. Their greed to attract more people wanting to do express shopping and to collect their fees is keeping the door closed. At the same time, this is the door close to the pharmacy. So every time I need to pick up a prescription I need to walk the whole length of the store to get to the pharmacy and then go back again (x 2 if I need to leave a prescription). I complained about this and I am still waiting for someone to contact me. The thing is, some people are caregivers and every minute in their day is precious. No, just because you are making me do the long trip, will not make me buy something else, I only have time for necessities and not for impulse shopping and yet you are making my life even more miserable.I appreciate they let people do price matching. But please please please have a dedicated lane for that. I have been waiting more than 20 minutes in a line, as a second customer, multiple times because I couldn’t know the customer in front of me will do price match. And by time I find that out, my cart is unloaded and there are 5-6 other customers waiting in the line. So, I do self checkout to avoid wasting my precious time. And today, it was that last drop! I go to the self checkout and the sweet lady tells me to go to a regular cashier line because I have more than 25 items! So what??? Do I now need to count my items while I shop? Do I need to go in a line and wait who knows how long whenI see all of them already having 7-8 customers lined up? Oh no no no no no! I told the lady I am not lining up and I will use the self checkout so she didn’t try to stop me as I explained my situation. At the end she told me next time to go to a regular lane. No, I said, next time I won’t go to superstore.! Today it’s me, tomorrow will be someone else, but Suporstore understand, WE the customers have the choice! You also have one, chose wisely what processes you are implementing.

The staff is always helpful, but often the stock of promo and sale items Is lacking. The store is not always well kept, and I often pick up express orders on foot. There is no standard provision or procedure for this, but the staff has been accommodating. Sometimes i have received items. Lose to expiration, or poor quality produce, so check the order before you leave. I also have, on occasion, found items on the shelf that were allegedly out of stock. Last, they will often sub items that are more expensive, or that are different in the wrong way. It would be helpful to be able to annotate the substitution allowance.

I found many products expired years ago and on the shelves. Customer service refuse to listen to complaints and cashiers not honour the price match. I stop shopping from Walmart hoping this store acts in integrity and do as they promised to do, but no different than Walmart. Excuse after excuse

First, I was charged more than the order amount I called their 1800 number and the person told me that they charge 125% of the order value, once the order picked up then they refund the excess amount. Can they legally do this?? But this didn’t happen they charged me again for the actual amount of the order when I went to this store for pickup. So there are two charges on my cc.I will be declining through my bank.Second I ordered spray starch for ironing but they replaced it with Static guard, the staff at store told me that they don’t have the product I ordered so they replaced it with closest matching product. That’s how they match!They told me I should have received an email informing about the change. I told them that I didn’t receive any email but the staff kept insisting that I must have received. Ended up canceling the order. Never had such a worse experience with online ordering!!!!

It’s super awesome to see the prices so low. Go on a wholesale day and you can buy stuff pretty cheap. It also has my favourite Tim Hortons inside. Lovely vibe and staff.

Been going here for over 10 years, and spent tens of thousands of dollars. I have always recommended this place, but after yesterdays experience with the new security system, I'm furious. I paid for my goods, was leaving the store, and my cart stopped in its tracks, and lights flashed with a siren going off. SUPER embarrassing, but I stood there until someone would show up - no one did. So I had to literally pick up my shopping cart, and bring it back inside, as it was items I actually paid for, and I didn't want to leave it there for people to take my stuff. I asked for a manager and he said We're still working out bugs in our system." ???? How is that for an apology? Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently this happens a LOT too! FIX YOUR SECURITY SYSTEM. IT'S GARBAGE."
