Purchased my first kit here, great shop. Staff know their stuff, prices are competitive, house brand e-juice is very high quality. I recently stopped in while in a bind and Damien did an awesome of getting me up and running again. Great guy.

Used to live in the market, and went to the Cumberland shop. Just moved to the Glebe, and now visit the shop on Bank St. Staff at both locations are EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable and helpful. And so happy and friendly. Being a customer is truly a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Had to share a rare review from me. Over the course of the shutdown, management and staff at Sir Vape a lot really stepped up. The same day delivery was amazing.Of course, you never really know a company until something bad happens. During the pandemic, I purchase a new mod and tank. The battery pack was defective and I was only able to return it once the stores reopened. While I was after the official return policy timelines, the Manager and team members were able to help me out.Says a lot about a company that they were able to adapt as well as they did. Decent service. My only suggestion is to pump up the customer service interaction. Smile more, talk about the product as if you actually care, and don't be condescending (1 employee).The location and stock options are amazing. The only place I trust in terms of product. There is never an emphasis on type, taste, or brand names, which is good. A very neutral approach to helping customers (also good), and never have I ever witnessed anyone I thought was under age.I look forward to more pleasant experiences in the future.

What an absolutely wonderful experience with your friendly and knowledgeable phone agent Wyatt.He was knowledgeable about the promotions & deals and even helped me with placing a order at the closest location to make my pick up curb side a breeze.I’m glad he asked about my kit’s batteries, I definitely needed a good refresh as they were way beyond end of life.Wyatt, thanks for bringing some radiance to this gloomy Covid lockdown.

Simply outstanding service! Online orders always seem to ship before you even finish paying and tend to beat the projected delivery date by at least a day. Staff super helpful in-store or over the phone, always willing to go the extra mile to find you exactly the product you're after, including Mateo recently driving an hour into the boonies on his own time to track down an elusive, long since discontinued favourite mod and atomizer combo for me from the dead stock of a competing vendor. Can't recommend them enough.
