The Fone Store

I was looking for a used iPhone 8 and the one close to me sold before I had a chance to buy it. The Fone store was my other option at the same price. So I took a chance and ordered it on Wednesday. No problem at all and delivery was projected for the following Monday. Surprise, surprise, it was delivered on Friday….two days later! Great quality, super service!

In store experience was great. The man behind the counter was helpful. I got a great deal on a phone with a case and screen protector. Looks and works like new. My screen protector was applied slightly low but when I came in a week after, the man was able to reapply it without any damage or residue. Great customer service. I highly recommend the fone store.

Horrible service. Rude customer service. When contacted my friend was first hung up on when asking about a repair. When they called back was told the “line dropped”, continued by they had something wrong with their brain due to asking why there was false advertising online. They didn't even bother to assist with any needs and told my friend straight away to go somewhere else as they didn't want to help with the phone model, seems they're very lazy so I would not trust them with any of your devices.

Bought a phone from here in a so called excellent condition but there are minor scratches, two purple dots on the screen. I feel like need some of money back. The sales person lied to me.

Great overall customer service. I bought a used iphone and they were very helpful with explaining the phones and comparing each with the details and prices. Did not try to upsell and found the best phone that suited me and my budget. Phone is working perfectly!(Follow Up) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My mom needed a new phone and I chose these guys again. They seriously provide amazing customer service

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. I purchased a phone in excellent condition" at first I thought it couldn't charge but that was only because they sent a charger that didnt work.. then I noticed the audio on the phone itself didnt work.. I returned it and requested a refund because I was over all the small issues and didnt want to have to keep looking for problems for a phone that was supposedly in "excellent condition". I returned the phone via canada post and literally had to remind them to process my refund a week later. At first I thought the customer service was great but now I feel if I didnt notice these issues sooner I would be stuck with a phone that they knew didn't work."

Amazing customer service. My iphone screen was completely broken and they were able to repair it only 1 hour for a great price. It was way cheaper and way quicker then many other stores that I had checked with and they fixed it perfectly. A picture of what it looked like before.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Talked on the phone about phone repairs because that’s what they advertise and they called me brain dead. Got mad at me and hung up. Instead of wasting your time on a company that doesn’t know how to spell phone or have proper customer service I advise you to go somewhere that is at least able to communicate, without unprofessionalism.

Helpful, friendly amd efficient. I went in with a cracked phone screen protector and they replaced it for me immediately. Great guys who know what the are doing. Highly recommended!
