If they put any less vegetables on there won't be any. It's a fight every time to get them to put an adequate amount in your wrap, sub or the one that really gets me - the salad. Could you put some more lettuce in" results in a few pieces more. Repeat it and you get two more. It's a simple decision to pick another restaurant if this is the Subway way."

I now remember why we don't eat here after being served a sandwich that is garbage. The toppings were put in the crease of the bread, with the meat all dumped towards the middle instead of evenly across the whole sandwich. Soggy and falling apart, that's the quality they're serving the public these days for an inflated amount. The warm rice and chicken for the rice bowl were thrown atop the veggies, which made the spinach gross and wilty by the time we got home (I live a 5ish minute drive from this location). And apparently cutting vegetables is really hard these days!If I could give negative stars, I would!THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE. No reason for sloppy food making and serving...

As already seen in previous reviews, they're notorious for refusing nationally mailed coupons. As someone new to Kamloops, I did not know that; until last night, that is.I don't know what excuse they used before Covid, but now their excuse is 'extreme staffing shortages'. The thing is though, I've managed a small chain of Subways before, and did not see any staffing shortage. Maybe if the person hiding in the kitchen didn't pop their head out, it would be easier to believe this nonsense; but she came out, while I was ordering, proving they had a full staff.This may be their new excuse, but it's not the only one they've used to deny the coupon system. I'm a full-time single father, and don't make a ton of extra money. I ONLY decided to go there, last night, because I had coupons. A meal that should have cost me $15 plus taxes, cost me $26 dollars.. That's ridiculous! For two sandwiches, with an accumulated 4-5 dollars in ingredients, at best.I will NEVER go back to any location owned, and/or managed by the same people. When we lived in Merritt, we would eat at Subway as often, and regularly as possible; but that stops now. Subway as an entire company has now lost a customer over this, and from now on this dad will either be going to Quiznos; or just stick the better wraps, and sandwiches I make, at home.

I ordered a steak and cheese as I normally do at any other subway and double cheese. The thing is that when she scooped the steak meat up and put it in the dish I noticed that she only did one scoop and didn't use any scale like they do at any other subway that I go too which they usually do two scoops and weigh it. So I'm sure not going to be bringing my business there anymore. I even tried to mention it and they just totally ignored me. I was so mad that I almost didn't want to pay for it but then I just said that I was going to give a very poor review because I said that i feel ripped off.

Ordered sub thru app with avocado, I didn't ask for it on the side cause why. Anyway picked it up and took it to work to eat later, when I did start to eat it I noticed that they had placed the avocado into containers instead of on the sub.

absolutely gobsmacked. brown lettuce and peppers were frozen to the container. not very friendly and the prices suck too. got one foot long tuna and a tuna wrap, no drinks, no chips and it came to just under $22. my wrap is so small that it fits into my hand easily. won't be going back that's for sure!

Tonight I walked in after mayhem in this subway. They had a rush of epic proportions, but when I walked in, Steven and Aastha were all smiles. They were clearly wiped right out from that rush I had missed it by seconds. Thank you both for making me smile tonight and making my sandwich with such great attitudes. World needs more people like you two.
