My 1.5 year old niece got a very bad cut on her hand in the room. My husband went to the reception for first aid kit and they were hesitant to give it! Asking if we’d bring it back?! Extremely rude and cold behaviour from the staff! We also asked for ice for her bleeding and they said “idk where it is go get it yourself!” Later we asked for a vacuum to clean the broken glass in the room and they refused to give that too. Saying our cleaning staff isn’t here till morning. We asked them to just hand the vacuum to us and we can do it ourselves and they were hesitant to do that too. At this point we told them how do they expect us to sleep with broken glass all over the floor? To which they finally handed us the vacuum and we cleaned our room. Extremely poor customer service and basic human manners!

Despite to some negative reviews, my personal experience have been really positive. Friendly stuff, good room. Only small negative part has been water pressure from the shower.

First time doing a review on anything, Al the « manager » will purposely take out one expensive item from the mini bar so that when you arrive you don’t notice and when you check out they can charge you for it. Extremely bad customer service if you read this Al, I hope you’re life miserable because you deserve it.

Rude staff. Horrible management. Dirty rooms. And not to mention rampant theft by the staff the hotel refuses to acknowledge and/or take responsibility for. It might as well be a third world country hotel because that's exactly what it feels like.

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. When I checked in the front desk person convinced me that if I prepay for breakfast at the restaurant I will pay $12 vs $14 and he recommended restaurant highly. I agreed. Next morning I went for breakfast. Room was full and one person was serving all tables. So after waiting 30 min I got her attention and after another 20 min I got my food… food was just ok, about the same as you get at Hampton or similar level hotels… I decided not go there next two days. So, at the checkout I requested not to charge me for 2 breakfasts, which I never ate. Front desk person said that she will speak with her manager and issue the refund. One month later no call no refund. I hope hotel enjoyed my $24… I will never stay at Imperial hotels anywhere… Overpriced hotel chain and is is not worth money.

WARNING!!! Do not go here the manager here is very rude I’ve bin there 3 times and it got worse every time I went 500$ deposit is way too much al if you see this one day you will be out of a job because of how bad of a manager you are or because no one will go there anymoremortagne hotel Is just down the road form there a little more pricey but the service is very good there

I tried to make a reservation at the Bistro Martini Grill - Boucherville which is situated in the Hotel.Called the hotel, they transferred me 2 times the call was dropped.Called Again, they transferred me to voice mail.Made a reservation online.....Showed up at the restaurant wit a client. Restaurant was closed!very disappointing!I am not impressed with the Hotel. They do not know théier own facilities and services.

Very nice place, for the first time i visit Montreal, Staff very nice. AL is very helpful and most of the receptionists are very nice. Quiet place. I will go back. Thanks
