Mostly abke to find stuff in the voluminous store with their app or electronic directory that app will take to right row.However if you need advice it seems on weekends that the best your going to get is a deer caught in the headlights 16 year old in their first job with the experiential knowledge of an infant supplemented by whatever can be found on google on their phones. So its nothe store of your grandfather where you were served by an experienced associate. It took about 20 minutes for me waiting in an aiske for an associate to show UP and assist me after two pagings.It was a youthful fellow I didn't get his name- However he was the odd exception to be found and its clear these diamonds in the rough aren't being paid what their worth.Common Canadian Tire - service means something and digital automatons can't replace knowledgeable staff.

Zero staff helping out on the floor, very disorganized, garden section is divided between parking lot and store, but you have to pay for your garden cemter stuff outside. Just a very bad experience.

I went to Canadian Tire to buy a toaster my old one the wirering worn out.I found a one for $49.97.But when I looked a little further I found a sign for a toaster $27.99 on sale even better.I asked the sales attendant if there's anymore in stock she said no but the Canadian Tire at Grant Shopping Mall has them.She called them and asked how many 33 in stock. I asked them to send one to Polo Park Store they said No for sending and to Holding it for me. So I went there by Bus. I got one it was $21.93 even better the Total was $24.57 It was cheaper at the Grant CT.CT was 0.37 I bought that on Jan 06/2023 only 18 days ago. It's a Sunbeam it has realese, temp, bagel button and removable tray. It doesn't get hot to the touch. It's a good value & a good brand. If you hurry you maybe still able to get one. I’m quite a frequent customer at Canadian Tire and it was my first time at the Grant Park location and I couldn’t believe the rude customer service I received just to exchange staples for my staple gun. There were two young ladies at customer service shaking their head and side eyeing me? For what reason, I don’t know. And the lady who helped me out just basically felt like she hated her job or didn’t want to help me at all. Will not be going to this location again, hire some joyful employees because that was an awful transaction.

Normally my experience here is good however I felt VERY uncomfortable today while shopping with my partner as we were so obviously being followed by security. This unfortunately has made me question if I'd like to return anytime soon and will be mentioning it to friends and family.

I was at Canadian Tire Grant Park Mall and had the best shopping experience. Best across Canada and best customer service for retail in all the countries I have travelled to. There is a staff, elderly lady, Pat, helping me to look for items, without which it will take me a long time to find. She is sharp, and has excellent customer service. 7-star service! She came to the aisle I was in to ask if I needed help. I was months before, no one asked me, even if I stood looking for stuff for an hour or more. Pat is very knowledgeable about the products, locations and delivery procedures. She is so friendly, fast, and helpful, she can easily replace 4 staff there! Pat got a cashier lady there to help me with my delivery request, her name is Tureen. She is so good in figuring out ways to help me save some money with my needed purchase. Pat would even give you a nice hug and a big smile, would buy a bag for me if I let her. Come by Canadian Tire Grant Park Mall and ask for Pat. You will be impressed and you will want to come back again! This is definitely a 7-star service! If Pat sells houses, she will be the top salesperson! Excellent service!

The staff members are a credit to the company, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.The Christmas addition items are nice but expensive and do some damage to the wallet.
