The allergist Dr. Che is AWESOME! He's great with my son. However every time I come to this facility it's always playing hard-core Christian music and it's just so inappropriate for a medical facility that caters to people from all walks of life and systems of belief. Please leave your religious indoctrination in your place of worship. It has no place in Healthcare. Totally inappropriate.

Garbage place to go for allergies. Very inefficient staff. They can't even get scheduling, or information written down right. Waste of time, and money.

Terrible place...lab person put sign that she will be here by 11:30 now it's 12:05 front desk says we don't know where she is ... you guys should shut down this medical lab ... it's useless I am on the way to dynacare

Was referred to and scheduled an appointment through my family doctor for an allergy test. I was never given any preparation steps or told how long it would take. Upon arrival, the waiting room was extremely messy and there was chatter amongst the staff making the entire experience confusing right from the start. I was then asked numerous questions that they either already knew the answer to or questions about medical history from when I was literally a child. Afterward, I was told that the day THEY scheduled me for was a day they couldn't do the specific allergy test they were supposed to perform. Apparently, I'm supposed to know how their operations work and they made it out to be like it was my fault that they scheduled me for the wrong day. I had to leave with no test being done and was given an appointment more than a month later. Absolutely horrible experience and I wish the best of luck to the staff who can't even schedule patients correctly.

Absolutely horrible experience with reception process. They are very bed at their job with green shield card holder. I almost waited for 1 hour for registration and they don't have proper planning for green card holder. Also, they let in health card holders isn't its shows discrimination?

I often have to get blood taken with my allergist, and this lab is connected to the allergist clinic, making it so easy to walk over and get my blood taken. They are slow at times, but normally I’m in and out within 20 minutes. They are gentle when they take your blood, personable, and understand you don’t want to be there and make the experience easier. I never bruise after my blood is taken, which normally happens when I go anywhere else. Keep it up ladies

I don't know why I have a terrible experience here. I always follow the instructions. Grab a number, ring the bell, sit in the waiting room. No one is ever paying attention. One day I wanted 40 minutes before I finally saw someone walking around to ask. They had no idea I was there and there was no reception to ask. Today I waited 20 minutes (after ringing the bell). Again no reception and no one paying attention even though I stood in the door this time hoping for better service. Another nurse passed me and approached the staff in the room and asked her to do blood work on their patient (from the adjoining doctors office?) because they couldn't find a vein and she said sure as she assumed everyone waiting was for the doctors office which wasn't true. There were two patients waiting for you. I left. I don't know how people get good service here.You shouldn't have instructions for patients to follow if you aren't going to follow them. You have no reception to talk to and no one pays attention. This is poor customer service in my opinion. I won't return.

Super friendly.. (dawn is just a gem). No wait. I was literally in and out within 20 mins. so glad I chose this place for my lab work

I Ron Fryer had my Covid shot there today, they were polite and made you feel welcome. As busy as they were they found time to walk the entire parking lot, informing everyone how long you would be. Again, great job. For anyone in a hurry, go to Walmart. Ha ha.
