Purchased a granite countertop and backsplash. It looked beautiful to the untrained eye, but they made several mistakes. The owner himself took the measurements m, but all the electrical outlet cuts are off by 1.5”, there is a missing piece below my hood vent and they left measurement marks that have stained.I was promised an offer I couldn’t refuse to replace my cabinet doors, perhaps to smooth over the cutting errors. We shook on the agreement (no written contract, no down payment), but now, six months later with nothing delivered the owner won’t return my calls or texts.

Ordered our granite countertop. Very good quality. The sales peron, Saari (if I wrote correctly) was very helpfull and friendly. Price was reasonable, and delivery was fast. I was surprised, and I loved that we received the L" shape part in one piece. However
