I have used Black Car Limo for both business and leisure travel. Always on time (or early) and the drivers are very professional. The drivers take the luggage from house to car. The cars are clean, comfortable and smoke free. The driver also uses a flashlight to light your walking path if it is dark. Excellent customer service and extremely reliable.

I had to book an unusual ride during the pandemic from the US-Canada land border to Toronto. They were on-time and waited while my immigration paperwork was being prepared, and the car was new and clean and had a plexiglass divider between the front and back. Very professional, and I would happily recommend them.

Like several other reviewers, my husband and I also needed to be picked up from the US border and driven to Toronto. After a long, exhausting day of transatlantic travel, Tony Silva at Black Car Limo was a godsend. He waited very patiently for us as the border agents took a whole 90 minutes to process our work permits. He loaded our heavy suitcases for us, ensured we were comfortable, and got us to Toronto quickly. The car was excellent, new and clean but more importantly the service was so friendly and outstanding at such a stressful time for us. I would definitely recommend Black Car Limo for any specialized driving services.

I had to drive from the US border to Toronto. Due to some confusion on my part, the pick up location I provided was incorrect. The driver was readily available on the phone and drove to a different pickup location after I explained my situation. The driver was pleasant, patient, professional, and arrived on time. The car was very nice, clean and COVID-safe. I would highly recommend their services!
