Well the staff are amazing, they definitely helped me out in so many ways, if I had any concerns about my meds I felt I could always call... just goes out of there way to be there and that's what a pharmacy should feel like and I've been to many and this one is the best.... udeserve a 10 out of 5 that's how much all the staff makes u feel, thank u so very much

While I think it's fantastic at how attentive to things the pharmacists are, as they've caught things I'm allergic to, nothing is more infuriating than having to call to make sure a prescription is being filled. Whether I walk in, or have my prescription faxed, they are equally important. It's especially disappointing to have it faxed in the morning, and to finally have a chance to call that night and find out it hasn't been touched. I might have to consider changing pharmacies as I work, I don't have time to be calling, as after a doctor's appointment there's a good chance I'm heading into work, which is WHY things are faxed and I won't have the time or ability to call.

I absolutely love the personal care I received every single time I visit. I would highly recommend Towers Pharmacy.. Kim and her highly trained staff are friendly and make you feel like family.. They always greet me by name. Take time to check how everything is going.I can call ahead if my time is limited in the city and my prescriptions are always ready when I arrive.

Before sharing the prescription I particularly asked if they would be able to deliver the medicine on the prescription before their closing time at 5pm today, 12 Nov. Looking at the prescription (an inhaler) the person attending the counter says she would need 5 minutes. I waited 29 minutes, well past 5pm, didn't get the medicine and had to leave without my son's inhaler as she made up multiple reasons and denied what she said. She called me rude as I wanted to remind her what she said (I admit that I was in a hurry as I had an appointment elsewhere at 5pm and there were people waiting outside of a house in freezing cold.). So at the very outset I asked if I will get the medicine before 5pm. Otherwise, I would have gone to another pharmacy. She now says she got the fax at 4:40pm and never said the medicine would be ready in 5 mins. She says it's a miscommunication". How can it be as I asked her the questions and confirmed her answer before allowing her to process/send my prescription online from app. I was so serious about it and even stopped to hear her answers first by repeating my question on the timing. Such a disappointment and poor service. I would never go to Towers Pharmacy and cancel any registration and never send any of my family's prescription there. I would advise my friends and share this in my network

The staff at towers pharmacy are pleasant, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. They are exceptionally meticulous when filling prescriptions. They take their time to consult with you making sure that your needs are met, and that there are no contraindications due to mixing of medications that would be dangerous for their clients. My family and I are greatful to Kimberly and staff for providing us with proper knowledge about the medications prescribed for us. I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Our doctor is in the South end of the city. It’s worth the drive. I also believe that they deliver anywhere in the city. Thank you Kimberley and staff!

I needed to pickup medication before leaving on a holiday and was told my doctor hadn't sent over the perscription. The pharmacist who was helping me went out of her way to contact my Doctor at home after hours explaining the situation and I was able to still pick up for 9:00 p.m. before closing time. Want to say THANK YOU for the excellent service!

The staff are friendly, and dropping off full Sharps containers is quick and easy with them
