Jared is a complete professional. Contacted Jared last minute on Friday evening following some pre-closing concerns. Although he had National Guard this weekend, 4 hours away, he made arrangements to meet me at 9am on Monday morning. He completed the thorough inspection, and went out of his way to ensure we understood all results. Outstanding as far as reliability, knowledge, pricing, and professionalism.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we couldn't have asked for a better home inspector than Jared. Jared was quick to respond to our emails and schedule our inspection. During the inspection he was very thorough and friendly and had our results back to us later that evening. He was also quick to get the water and radon samples sent out for testing.
