Without a doubt the most professional, courteous and prompt location I have been to. Such polite people. Make an appointment online. Passport renewal in and out within 20 minutes. The staff are excellent and so friendly, was dealing with Tracy who was fantastic.

The location has moved to the building next door (northwest direction, next to Famijoy Supermarket)I arrived around 8:15, 15 min before opening and about 5 people waiting. When opened, there was about 20 people waiting. I was able to finish and leave after 9:00.Inside the center it was well organized; all staff were kind and supportive.

This location is way better then other Service Canada locations. Agents were polite and accommodating, however lineups can be long depending on day and time you choose

Went to apply for sin in Walk-in mode. Reached the office at 7:40 and there were 40 plus people already on the line. It’s always better to reach by 7AM, so that one can come out by at least by 9:30. For me it took about 2 hours 10 minutes to reach the agent and the job was done in 10 minutes. Securities and staffs were helpful and great service.

I went there with my new born for his passport in extremely cold weather, I gave them each and every information 100% correct, I have proofs of that, but I got a passport with silly mistakes on it.I went again to get it corrected, they guided me to go to Mississauga office with another passport sizes photo because passport is issued by them.It was clearly their mistake , I suffered due to the person who worked on my passport may be he/she left his/her mind at home while typing/printing my son’s passport May be he/she was daydream during his/her work time..

The WORST Service Canada. First you have to stay in the line to register yourself. Then another line wait to be call be a very slow working staff. They just get the rise yet I will fired them all together. They work painfully slooooooooooooooow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. On averaged they need 15 to 30 min per person. After waiting over 1 hours I could not watched this drama any more. I do not understand why there is so many number of security men at this location. Hire more staff who wants to work. Also another interesting observation. There is a person who suppose clean and disinfect the place. She has no clue what she is doing, coming from time to time with dirty rag and spreading the germs. GREAT JOB KEEP DOING!!!!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY.

With more security guards working than actual staff, no wonder wait times are 3 hours or more. In an effort to maintain a “clean” environment, they also have a hired cleaner wipe down every desk area between clients; however, rather than give each person a number, we played musical chairs instead. For each movement in the line, we moved into a new chair (that was not sanitized by the way).The staff and security were pleasant, but the logistics of every detail makes zero sense.

This is one of the best service Canada’s that I’ve been to. I made an appointment, got there a couple min before and was in and out within 20min. The staff was very friendly and processed me super quickly. Make an appointment and this will be a breeze!

Terrible experience.The staff are extremely unhelpful and wait times are brutal. Came here to apply for a new passport. Location is very understaffed. There’s only like 3 agents total here, and only 2 know how to process passport applications.They should seriously look into hiring and training more employees as it pretty ridiculous.I recommend you go to the office in Mississauga if your applying for your passport. Despite having like 10x more people in line, the wait time was actually shorter then this location, which is really saying something.

Visited at 9:45 on a weekday. Queue was about 8 folks long. Security staff (Naizmudin) made frequent trips updating folks on the progress inside.I had a work trip planned. After about 2 hours in queue he and Karla (the boss) helped my family and I schedule an appointment for later date rather than getting roasted.They’re definitely trying their best to accommodate our needs.
