I purchased 2 X4 craftsman storage box through curb side pick up last Sunday when I open the box missing parts and screws called Lowe’sList of reasons1) they told they are not responsible contact craftsman ( how responsible they are to their customers)2) I contacted craftsmen they said it’s been manufactured by sun cast So contact them3) I contacted sun cast created 5 ticket number no response ... disconnecting call4 ) till now no response from any of this 3 people5) contacted Lowe’s provincial .... all transferring calls after hearing my sad news and finally after 6 transfer 1 personal disconnected6) till now no one took responsibility to solve this small issue see their great responsibility and great customer servicesIf you want to suffer like me running around leaving your work ..... please buy from them and experience this ..... thank you bye</div>
