Ren's Pets Sudbury

Decent selection, but I had no idea they had no bags and no bags to purchase to hold items, and I didn’t have any of my own on hand. I bought $200 of items and was given a box to hold what I bought that fell apart when I left the store and damaged items.Given that experience I would say petsmart or petvalue would be more convenient to go and have comparable selections.

Everytime I go in, they are so friendly and so helpful finding the product you are looking. Bought 2 cat harnesses for my 2 kitties and I had a hard time finding one that would fit nicely between their shoulder blades. They helped me figure out what size I should get. They also carry/ have in stock my kitty treats that I have a hard time finding.You can't ask for better service and friendly staff. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Ren's in Sudbury. Absolutely LOVE this store and their customer service. The store is super clean and organized, aisles are wide and shelves are short & not up to the ceiling which creates an airy, open vibe. There are always plenty of staff around, Ive never had to go looking for one, always someone close enough by to answer questions. We have had help choosing food, finding treats, sizing collars, picking a muzzle, and selecting a winter coat for our dogs. I also asked a young lady for help taking my dog food to the front so I could continue to shop and she happily obliged! When we bring our dogs in, we are always respectfully greeted by staff who ASK if they can interact with your pet. 100% prefer this place over their competition.

The store is always clean and well stocked. I find they have a good variety of everything, too. The staff are friendly and helpful!

Ren's Pets is a pleasure to shop in with your pet, the employees were very friendly and helpful when I visited with my puppy. The store has a nice selection of gear, food, and treats and is very clean and well organized. There are free pup treats at the register and a water bowl when you walk in, very welcoming.

I went in last night to buy a few things, walked around the whole store since I haven’t had the chance yet. There was a cage near the back that had a cat in it, which I’m assuming was up for adoption. Kind of hard for anyone to adopt the little guy if he’s put in a back corner. So I played with him for a few minutes and he jumped down to the bottom level and spilt his food, and his blanket fell in his litter box. So I walked towards the dog food in the next isle over to grab my food and head to the front with the intention of letting the 2 girls know that the cats cage needed some attention. But then I heard them at the cage, laughing at the cat and saying whatever, too bad.. and walking away leaving him there like that. There was nothing but the hard surfaces for him to lay on, and workers refusing to fix him up? Shouldn’t you like animals working at an establishment like this. When I went to the front I told them the cat had knocked over his food bowl and she just said, oh ya happens all the time.

Great products, a bit more expensive than competitors but, typically, higher quality products. Wish their supply chain would stabilize but I guess that the world we're living in!

First time visiting. The Dog food brand I was looking at is 16$ more expensive than at Petsmart.Customer service was okay-ish. I was greeted twice. I carried the dog food bag to the cash myself but other than the initial request to find the specific brand of dog food, there was little customer service.

Excellent service, great products and value for your buck!!!

I love going in here with my puppy...he always picks a toy and carries it to the cash in his mouth. They are all friendly in the store and know their product.
