Very welcoming place and everyone is so friendly. Just had a pedicure with Katie and Body Concept Facial with Sharol and love both results, I feel so comfortable from the start until the end. I will definitely recommend to everyone who is looking for pedicure and facial treatments in Banff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL OF YOUR WAXING NEEDS!! Sharol was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and right at home throughout my waxing session (Brazilian). She was extremely attentive, her attention to detail was superb! It was so easy and such a pleasure to talk to her during my wax as it put me at ease immediately. It also didn't hurt at all compared to other waxing places! I will definitely be back to see her! Such an amazing experience!

Amazing facial from Jax!!! Really nice products used and she gives the best massage to your shoulders heads and arms during! Best facial I’ve had in a long time and my skin feels so soft, moisturised and bright

Super nice lady and I had a great chat during my wax! However it was the worst eyebrow wax I’ve ever had in my life. I have full and thick natural brows, however, she took way too much off and they did not look clean or even. I will not be going back for eyebrows.
