The responsive building management here sets this place apart from most others. They respond promptly to any issues, which makes living here a positive experience. Clean, quiet and respectful tenants, nicely kept grounds, and well located. Excellent noise insulation between lateral neighbors, though not as insulated between floors. Very affordable.

We have been living here since 2017. For a brief time we moved out but, circumstances had us looking for a new place to rent. With only two weeks to find a place we were contacted by Pacific Edge stating they had a couple of rentals and because we were former tenants, we were accepted back with open arms. Love the area and proximity to everything this city offers.
