Halloween Alley

As soon as you walk in you are stopped by people trying to raise money for something, even when you tell them no they keep harassing you. Prices are extremely high once you get inside for subpar items

I came to the store to find a costume for my 4 year old. He was super excited & wasn’t sure what he wanted to be yet for Halloween. This lovely person Bee approached us and said they could help us out. They definitely made the choosing process super memorable and fun for him. He walked out a pirate and definitely with a core memory thanks to Bee! 10/10 recommend this store & their amazing staff !

Given we had to wait till the 30th of Oct to buy my daughters costume. They still had LOTS of stock and staff willing to help find what we were looking for.Prices are getting a bit over the top on cheaply made costumes but inflation can't be helped.

Everything is final sale. Sales person will NOT tell you it's final sale AND the sign Final Sale" is covered tithe their debit machine so can't see it.I purchased accessories for my kids and it was wrong items. I went back to return the items in the same day but couldn't return them. They won't even give store credits so I can purchase the right items. I found it it's VERY POOR customer service. Plus person who was helping me WAS not helpful AT ALL"

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Austin went above and beyond to find me exactly what I was looking for! He even called the Southside store to find out if they had an accessory their store didn't have in stock.

Seemed a bit smaller then it has been in the past however they had everything I was looking for plus more.Super friendly and helpful staff.Great job guys

Do not work here. Deplorable working conditions and even worse hours. Employees are forced to beg customers to leave good reviews on Google because last year they were terrible. Manager hires family and they don't work at all.

Asked someone to find a size, and never came back until we found him. Then he said he was helping someone else when we asked for help first. Asked about the exchange policy, was told to come in on a Wednesday when their not busy... Asked if there was a time limit on the exchange and wasn't given a exact time span.

Very disappointed. Firstly, they are using misleading advertising. They have been posting yard signs over past few weeks around the city for 50% off. However, you will find that the fine print reads that this sale is for November 1,2,3. More disappointing, however, is this: when I visited the store, my son picked out a hot dog costume priced at 32.99. When the cashier rang up the item, it was $41.99 with tax. I pointed out that the item was marked at a lower price. To be sure, I went back and checked all the other identical items - all marked at the lower price. The cashier told me that the price tag was an error and that he had no way to change it in the system. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he was the manager at this time. He said that with hundreds of items to price, these mistakes happen. With two young kids at my side and my son's heart set on a hot dog costume, I went ahead and purchased it, but I will definitely not shop there again. To me, this is very unethical; even if it is a mistake, you should honour the price tag and proceed to fix the remaining items.
