Action Towing

We had a great experience with driver Kevin! He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and had great communication with us. I’d love to rate 5 stars for Kevin’s service as he went above and beyond; but will have to dock it to 4 stars because the dispatcher wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to have great communication as he told me his driver was trying to get ahold of me and couldn’t even though I had in fact already spoken to driver (Kevin) and confirmed all the details. He didn’t apologize for the miscommunication and just hung up after quickly saying “Ok. Bye.” Other than that, I highly recommend Action Towing! Was able to get service within 2 hours of making the first call.

First and foremost I’d like to mention that my “tower”, Davie, was super patient, funny, professional, and provided me with a very quick affordable tow. Wait time was expected for -25 conditions, however for a ten kilometre tow the price was SO AFFORDABLE!Call Action for Your towing!

Tow truck arrived promptly. Driver by the name of Mann was professional, polite and paid attention to detail not to cause anymore damages. Both tires on the driver's side were flat he filled them and hooked it up with care. Followed behind him to observe he took utmost care and kept a good distance from the cars ahead. Congratulations to Mann for providing excellent customer service and going beyond to ensure safety on the road for all users.

I had a great experience with Action Towing. Their wait times for a tow were way shorter than anywhere else in the city, which was 48 hours last time i checked. The person who i spoke to on the phone was friendly and accomodating, and the driver of the truck whos name was Kevin was great, he was friendly, he knew what he was doing, and he got it done quickly. Kevin really made my experience positive. The price was right and ill definitely be using Action Towing if i need a tow in the future.

Almost got my car started when arrived, helped me push in neutral to tow it, reversed all my vehicle all the way through the shop for me cause it wouldn’t start up! Would use again and highly recommend!
