I recommend Sarah’s classes to every new mom!! After my first son, her classes help me break free of the daily mom routine at least once a week, socialize with other moms and feel better about my body!! I couldn’t wait to get signed up again after my next pregnancy! Her classes are the perfect combo of a solid workout and socialization!! Something all moms need :)

I loved Sarah’s classes! As a first time mom, I looked forward to gathering with other moms every week. Sarah provided adaptations to fitness that challenge you but make you comfortable getting back into fitness postpartum. Highly recommend this great class :)

I did my first program offer by Sarah back in 2018 when I had my first son. I’ve now been doing fitness classes with Sarah since summer 2022! Sarah’s classes are truly amazing. You never feel out of place regardless of your fitness ability. You never feel bad or embarrassed when your child is having a meltdown as Sarah offers you alternatives if you need to hold babe in your arms so at the end of the day you’re still getting a workout in. At the end of each session we do baby songs and parachute time finishing off with mommy discussions. Truly amazing and so grateful to Sarah for offering these programs to moms!!! If you’re expecting or a new mom I highly highly highly recommend checking out Sarah’s programs. With both my boys I started when they were about 8 weeks old! Photos from yoga and stroller fitness.

Love love love Sarah’s classes - have done the prenatal yoga and her outdoor stroller fitness, I highly recommend both! Stroller fitness is a great way to get out of the house with baby and meet other moms. All the exercises are manageable postnatal (including after c sections!) she even does fun songs with the babies afterwards! Everyone is so nice and welcoming - definitely sign up and make her classes part of your routine :)

Sarah is such a kind and amazing person! She made me feel welcome and empowered in all of her classes. I started with her when I was 6 weeks postpartum, and continued with her until 13 months postpartum! Such a great experience for my baby and I. I also loved the community of mamas she has.
