Even though I hadn't purchased my glasses there, I dropped in several times with issues with my glasses and they made the adjustments with no charge.

Not sure if you can notice with other reviews but don't waste your money here. Terrible service.

Walked in yesterday because the screw the nosepiece of the drive wear" glasses came off. Yes drive wear...these glasses are amazing they stay tinted while inside the car. It cuts through glare on vehicles great in snow and fog. Love em!!!"

Excellent customer service. Empathetic, courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond to ensure I got a free pair of glasses (under warranty) when my initial one broke. Really impressed and happy with the service.

I dropped off a pair of Ray Ban (transition lenses) glasses on July 10th, 2020 to get temples (arms). Nicole informed me 3 weeks later that the temples I required needed an additional 3 weeks to be shipped from Italy. All good.I got a call on August 25th, 2020 that the temples were in and I was scheduled to pick the glasses up at 9:15 am on August 27th. Great.I arrived on time only to be told that I didn’t have an appointment. The reason being that they believed my name was Craig instead of Greg. Brutal. Nicole insinuated that I was not pleased with the service and in fact I wasn’t. Who would be?!It has to be the most amateurish customer service experiences that anyone could imagine. Worst decision to deal with this bush- league enterprise.

I went to Vogue in 447 Newfoundland Dr. with an appointment requested on line, but the receptionist didn’t accept it, demanding to request by phone. My question is why has the option on line!!!! Then, asked me to wait “outside” while a lovely canadian lady let in immediately... after let me wait for a while went close to the door asking me if I still want an appointment... I said yes, when asked my name, which obviously is difficult for her just wrote my phone number in an scrap piece of paper and she will call me to give an appointment.... I don’t know how if she never gave me the opportunity to spell my name correctly.... i cannot give less tham 1 star if I could I should give a big zero. I hope this review works to improve their service!!!!

Walked in with a piece of steel stuck in my eye and asked to see someone. Staffed with an optometrist, my eyes were checked in mins. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. If you have any trouble with your eyes this is the place to go! Thank you!
