Salim Notary is the best notary public in surrey. They are efficient, detail-oriented, affordable and friendly too. The best thing is their office hours are more than the other notary publics. Other notaries usually close at 5pm, however, Salim is the only one open till 7pm. So, people who work 9 to 5 don’t have to take off from their work to get notary done. Most recommended!
