We have used this lawyer for a small family business for many years. However, recently I have emailed, re-mailed, and emailed again, but no replies. It's especially frustrating with time-sensitive processes, particularly as tax deadlines loom. Even a short response, We're working on it and will get back to you eventually

My daughter has hired a lawyer from this firm hoping to get a professional upstanding capable lawyer.What she actually recieved is a lawyer who somehow transfers a joint owning property solely into her name. This took place in April with her only finding out after her ex went to get get a property assessment and found out he no longer owns the property. As you can imagine he wasn't impressed. Family Law isn't fun usually on any given day but with this latest finding you would expect a call?******* she recieved an email the day she found out saying it was a mistake and an easy fix. My daughter asked for a call because of the seriousness of the matter. She then started calling the office apparently they were closed and couldn't call in person but could send only 1 email.********After calling several times for 2 days and no response I feel. I should warn other people who think this is a reputable firm.If this was indeed a reputable firm that has conern for clients I would imagine a call back to reassure their client. That they are looking into how this could of happened in the first place. If I was one of the named partners I would be wondering how this got through all levels in their firm without someone catching it. And how the lawyer did this without consent from Either party. Maybe I am wrong but dodging calls or ghosting your client only leads them to believe there is something shady going on.
