They're always super nice and helpful. Prices are very good. They managed to help me connect a 25 year old mixer to my Bluetooth speaker. I'm always impressed by how knowledgeable they are.

I went in with virtually no knowledge of what I wanted. I'm a beginner guitar player, and I was looking for strings. Not only did the guy help me out, but he saved me from wasting money on something that wouldn't work. I didn't leave with my guitar strings, but I left with a great deal of knowledge (and some know picks).Unfortunately, I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was incredibly helpful. He didn't treat me like an idiot, and took the time to make sure I didn't waste money buying something that I wouldn't be able to use.I will be back, very soon. A great experience all around.

Staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. I called in advance and they answered all my questions and made my shopping experience so much better. Bought a condenser mic and I've had no issues so far!

My go to place for anything guitar related. I traded in a strat last year and they gave me a reasonable trade value. Also Dave is my go to guitar tech. As someone who has been a working musician in the past thats saying a lot. Strongly recommend.

My daughter and I popped in to buy a guitar. Mr. Herrington was great work with. My daughter had already made up her mind, after looking online as to which accoustic would be going home with us. Great location for the store too.

Pretty dismal selection and the staff has the personality of a dead mouse. Asked to speak to manager, he was ok. Not a place to spend thousands of dollars
