Extremely friendly and welcoming staff! Huge Pokémon collection in store with a couple of really rare boxes.Unfortunately you can’t look at singles in store (must order online and get it delivered to a store/your home).You can find all prices on their website.Thursdays at 6pm, they have gym leader challenge which is free entry and you get a pack for each win - seems super fun!

I ordered through their online store. My order was processed and shipped same day, and I received everything yesterday. Their website was very easy to navigate to what I was looking for, and I was happy with the experience. Whenever I am in Toronto next, I'll do my best to try and visit the physical store.

I've never been in the store, but their online experience is amazing. Great prices, and often getting next day delivery on free shipping? Not bad 401 Games. Would definitely recommend.

Loved their old location near Wellesley Station where they had an upstairs area to play board games for free and eventually for a fee. This new location, although closer to Bloor Station, feels smaller in terms of the board games available in store. The board games are organized alphabetically with A starting at the entrance going down to the middle of the store. There are also smaller games on the side and a small board game sales section.Some of the games that I was hoping to purchase were available online but were not available at this location. The focus of the store seems be mainly focused collectible card games rather than board games as they have a dedicated area in the back of events and competitions.The prices are still competitive and the store attracts a great deal of walk-in customers. The staff are helpful but not all are knowledgable with board games.

Great selection of games available, and a place to play at the back. Store always seems to be quite busy with line ups, but moves fairly quickly. The staff are also helpful and friendly.

I got impossible low pull rate from 35packs. I only got 3 hits in 35packs in 5tins and I am very disappointed. Some packs come with two codes and the box was opened and they exchange some packs. Not a good place for buying Pokémon because they sell singles and they also pull cards. I saw one of the guy is using hands to “feel” the looseness of the pack. I would like to give zero star. Today I checked that I spent 2000dollars and I received terrible experience. Bye 401 games. Don’t buy their pokemon products. 401 games will start to lose their customers if they continuously doing this.

Ordered plenty of times with 401 Games, and every package was handled with care. They have lots of variety from TCG's to boardgames and will most likely have what you're looking for. I would also like to thank them for providing us with their services as they are very hard working individuals who probably get hundreds of orders each day.

I saw their store while downtown for Pride weekend and stopped in. This was my first time going to the store. An employee was quick to ask if I needed help and explained to me how their in-store vs online worked as I was asking about Magic the Gathering singles.I put in an order online for some cards ive been looking for following that day and set it for pick-up. The order was fulfilled fast and accurately. I asked a employee (I didnt get their name - taller, black hair, male) about card sleeves when I came to pick up the online order and they were very knowledgeable. The ordered cards were all perfect and I ended up getting some new sleeves based on the employee's suggestions!Overall a great a experience!

I come to the 401 Games Downtown location at least once a week to play tournaments. The location is great, and all of the employees are friendly and helpful. Sungho (the tournament organizer that is ALWAYS there) runs great events and goes out of his way to make it a great experience for both old and new players.
