oh my dog!

OMD provides amazing care for my dog! My dog absolutely loves her walker, William. They use positive reinforcement and lots of love. My dog always comes back well exercised from running around in the park with her friends. I also love seeing them post about the adventures on IG.

As my boyfriend and I are at work all day long, we immediately set out to find someone who could help us with our new puppy. We found OhMyDog and decided to set up puppy visits 2 times a day, 5 days a week.We met with Shannon and it was the perfect fit. I could see that Shannon genuinely cared as much about our puppy, Holly, as much we did and was wonderful with her. She is kind, gentle, diligent, and knowledgeable. I continue to be beyond happy with the service we receive (as does Holly!) and am excited for Holly to graduate to group walks.Shannon's knowledge and experiences really are an asset (our vet thinks so as well - I literally brag to everyone haha). She was able to alert us to Holly's UTI and eye infection so that we knew to seek treatment and was even able to provide us with some helpful tips.The cherry on top has been that not only does Shannon come and make sure our puppy is happy during the day - but she also has been diligent in helping us with obedience and potty training. I love that Shannon gives us advice but is never pushy with how we choose to proceed. She is always flexible to us and our pup's needs.We are very happy with the entire OMD team and I know Holly is always well cared for with Shannon, William, Mackenzie and Jessica! Keep up the great work!

Shannon and OMD are the best! My 100lb American Bulldog, Frankie, isn’t the easiest to deal with because of his size and stubbornness - not only do they tailor walks to accommodate his needs, they love him and make sure he comes home safe and happy. I’ve never met dog walkers more knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring. I cannot recommend them enough!

Can't recommend the OMD team highly enough. They are thorough, thoughtful, and sweet. My dog isn't the easiest and OMD has been nothing but gracious and caring. They're always ready to accommodate my shifting work schedule, and are easy to communicate with. I never write reviews, but these guys really deserve it!

After a terrible experience with a previous dog walker, I was so glad to have found Oh My Dog! Shannon and Mackenzie are amazing at what they do and they really treat our dog as if he was their own. It’s definitely a good sign when Finn races down the stairs as soon as he hears them at the door. I cannot say enough about how reliable they have been and the safety of your pet is of utmost important to them.

We couldn't be happier with oh my dog! We tried other dog walkers in the area for our young Berner but no one compared. Shannon and Jordan are very reliable and knowledgeable and our dog absolutely loves them. We always feel comfortable knowing our dog is in good hands!

I am so grateful to have Christine & Katie from Oh My Dog as my dog walkers. I adopted my first dog ever last year, and found Oh My Dog online. They promptly attended my place to meet my dog & I to ensure it was a good match. I could immediately tell that Christine & Katie truly love and care about dogs. Given that Sophie was my first dog, I often required help and advice on various aspects of taking care of her. From nutrition advice, health issues to behavioural issues, Christine and Katie were always there to provide numerous resources, on their own time and went above and beyond to help shape my dog into the great dog she is today. For instance, they would often send emails at night attaching articles or book references that could help assist me.On one occasion, when my dog was a puppy she smashed her bowl before Christine arrived for the walk. Christine called me and calmly let me know what had happened, after she had taken time to reconstruct the bowl to make sure there were no missing pieces that might have been ingested by my puppy. I was so grateful for how thoughtful Christine was in doing this.With respect to the dog walks, Oh My Dog goes above and beyond what many dog walking services offer. They take my dog for 1.5 hours or more to leash free areas where she actually gets great exercise and socialization with other dogs. I would recommend Oh My Dog to anyone in the area looking for the care you want for your little furry child! I know that Christine & Katie truly care about the well being of my dog as much as I do.

I started with Oh My Dog as a client and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. It made the hours at work less stressful knowing my pup was being taken good care of. Whenever I had any issues I would ask Shannon and she was always ready with great advice and incredible resources. I later became a dog walker with Oh My Dog and learned so much during my experience. All that support that had been there for my dog was there for me as part of the team. I love how they use positive reinforcement and everything you do and learn revolves around making sure all pups are happy and safe!

I cannot begin to describe how much I love this company and its walkers. Unfortunately, when my Joey was a pup I had a bad experience with a dog walking company and was reluctant to try another. Once I met Shannon and Mackenzie with OMD, I was willing to give them a try. I have so many things to brag about with these wonderful ladies. They are so organized, very accommodating to my last minute requests and they truly hold a passion for what they do. I knew how great they truly were when I was at the dog park myself with Joey and he heard Shannons voice and bolted over to her completely ecstatic and wouldn't leave her side.
