My partner went there today to cash in his government cheque. The Kingsway, Burnaby location. He receives cheque by mail. Went in there and was told and accused by the teller that he’s a scammer. What kind of customer service is that?! Very rude. Stay clear of this place unless you also want to be accused of being a scammer. Very disappointed customer. Never going back there again. Will also tell others to go to another location instead.

Nice staff but they close at 6, not 8. I guess calling places ahead these days is still necessary

Very nice staff, Jazz was the friendly woman who helped us she made sure she went over all our documents to take out a loan and that everything was good to go she approved us for a $400 loan which was fantastic considering we had all the right documents and income. Very pleased with the service at this location it was fast and very friendly place! I will be recommending to friends and family

I've been going to this money for 1 year. They have always been courteous , fast , and efficient. Once you get to know them and they get to know you they are like friends. All the people that had a bad experience(I had a few in the beginning) keep going back. It gets better. They are just like you and me. Sometimes theyre not having the best of days and are not out to ruin your day. They have protocol to follow. Peace

Too many questions asked. Jazz Kandola refused to cash my cheque in Kingsway branch in Burnaby, BC. Since I've been the moneytree customer for many years. She couldn't find the cheque issuer online, and that was the reason. Could not reach her management over the phone via customer service. Not getting my vacation money is a very disappointing thing.

They TOOK money out of my bank account on the wrong month all together! The cashier input the wrong month on my payday loan, and caused me a whole lot of grief. Credit score affected.NSF charges. And what did they offer me as a show of good will??? A free pen. Thanks Moneytree....i can use it to reapply for new credit score. Wait...it doesnt matter anymore...my credit is screwwed.

Vincent and Jazz are amazing. 4 stars for no direct deposit option for WU. Wonderful staff with variety of services.
