The Source

It was a very unpleasant experience. Getting into the door was a hassle. They have a lock on their door and you have to be buzzed in, like they are selling gold bars. When they finally did allow me access they said I couldn't be let in because my face was covered. I didn't have a mask... I had on my glasses. Just policy" was the answer to the question why they don't like glasses. Who hurt you? The source has lots of high ranked reviews on Google but they have odd policies

Jordan was AMAZING! I am not a tech savvy person and he made this entire process extremely pleasant and informative. I truly appreciate his customer service and tech skills.

Train your employees to not give answers to questions they don't know the correct answer to. Amy was advised of my situation over the phone and I was told I could return the item but then the story changed when I arrived 25 minutes later and I was declined my return because she didn't know". Why wouldn't she just say she didn't know and to call back when someone knowledgable could give me the correct answer? Now I've wasted my time and gas. Lame."

Well the Source has really hit a new low. Went in to setup a few cellphones, upon making my request the staff member audibly swore and looked confused/agitated. Not a good sign. Then took us to a computer where I watched him intentionally type the wrong phone number 3 times commenting that the system was acting up. Then told us it would take more than 2 hours to get the phones setup. I politely suggested we needed to go and promptly left for a carrier kiosk. 10 minutes later all was competed quite painlessly. Avoid avoid avoid!

Jordan and Marcellus were extremely helpful (and patient) when I was selecting a new phone, phone plan, and phone accessories! They also assisted with setting up my new phone and transferring my data! I was very impressed with their service and definitely recommend The Source in Bowmanville!

When in today to buy some ear buds to work on my phone. The young man helping me was not very helpful. I am a senior and as I told him I am tech challenged and want advice. He kept asking how do you want them to work and I said you tell me. I am not unhappy with what I bought but he seemed less knowledgeable than me. I went there because I thought he could advise. I will go to staples. They are always helpful with us tech challenged people.

Walked into The Source with a new iPad purchased from a competitor. I was having difficulty getting the email set up on the new device and asked Jordan, the Sales Representative, if he could assist.Thankfully, Jordan took the time to get the email up and running in a matter of minutes.Much appreciated.Bell Client,Susan Twining

How fortunate I was to have Rahim, the Sales Representative who helped me with a recent purchase. He took the time to answer any questions I had, and to explain them in easy layman terms.
