Poorly tuned radio playing loudly over PA. Cord to connect music player is broken. Staff insists that corporate policy requires them to play music over the PA system at high volume, even if it's highly disturbing to shoppers. No one at the store is capable of making a decision to override this policy, or fix the problem. Multiple leaks in the roof, water buckets to catch the drips.

Each time I've been here I haven't been able to receive assistance from any staff members (not knowing where things are, etc.), which is understandable if the employees are young or new but it gets a little frustrating when there isn't a single worker that seems to have experience. Cashiers work very slowly too. Aside from that there's a fairly wide selection of clothes but a lot of items have stains on them.

I went in yesterday, the manager does NOT talk to the staff in a way I would stay working for, he was screaming at them for talking to each other about work stuff, we’ll swearing at them.. if he can talk to them like that in-front of customers imagine closed doors, i wanted to hug the poor teenage girl who was In TEARS from the way she was spoken to, absolutely disgusting

BRING YOUR ON BASKET OR SHOPPING BAG as they don't provide shopping carts or baskets. Such a nasty place. Huge collection. Worst staffs. Not at all helping, with big attitude.

The lady for the change rooms told my boyfriend he needed to leave the change room area because “women feel uncomfortable around men”. Dropped all 6 dresses I wanted to try on and left the store immediately. What a ridiculous statement.

The Cashier 940040 is a very rude person. We were shopping and found some items we liked in the deals section and when we went to the cashier she told us the items we picke does not have that perticular deal and she was very rude about that. As customers we only knows what we can see. The people who work in the store dont have to be rude about that. Really dissapointed about the way we were treated by that person.

To the associate with purple hair who thought it was okay to tell my Mother who has survived a heart attack, and put on weight due to half of her heart not working, If you weren't so big you wouldn't have that problem". When she was confused about how something in her sizing was a dress when it looked like a shirt. You should be ashamed of yourself. Are we really shaming people for their weight in 2023? Gross behavior.You laughed at her as she left the store upset

We always get pretty good deals for our kids here. We shop in store and online. We got a huge haul yesterday for $86. We got Christmas and Eatser presents (taking advantage of their seasonal clearance- 3 items for $5)..plus we still got a code for for a further reduction through the text app. Only reason they get 4 stars is the returns and exchange policy is not great and we usually find at least one flaw or unfinished seam, or one pant leg longer than the other..but it is usually unnoticeable or i can usually fix it. With this said, I only shop here if it's a big sale, or the clearance...not just the buy one and get one 50%. Nice sweats are usually always about 29.99 for the top, and the pants 19.99. I wait till they go one sale better than that. They pill so much. The kids clothes usually look nicer than Walmart, but no kid guarantee.

Store is clean. Cashier was friendly. The clerk for trying on clothes was friendly. They have a big selection.

Good variety of clothing for the kids, but doesn't always have the sizes I need.
