The hairstylist who did my hair barely understood English and didn’t do what I asked even tho I kept repeating what I wanted. When I complained to the owner she simply said that I should have kept repeatedly by because her English isn’t good ? They tried to fix my hair but now I have to go home to try and fix it myself.

I have been going to Nana's for 6 years now and I love how she treats her customers. Whenever I need my hair done, i know I can count on this salon to be available. I have very rarely been disappointed with the service I've received here.

Excellent barbers, no nonsense and will do whatever it takes to make you leave happy. There's a strong sense of a connection with the surrounding community and the shop has an authentic kind of identity. Very pleased with the services rendered and the quality of conversation had while I was there as well as the customer service aspect to the whole interaction.
