Critelli Modern Furniture
After months of trying to resolve an insurance protection claim for a product we purchased at Critelli Modern, I contacted Mizette Critelli. She immediately went to bat for us and had the situation resolved in just a few days. We purchased another sofa and are very happy with the product. I highly recommend Critelli Modern and applaud their ongoing customer service…a company who cares!! They will always do their very best to ensure their clients are happy. Thank you Mizette!

Critelli modern went above and beyond for me. Sydney & Julia are fabulous. I bought a beautiful sofa and they kept me updated every step of the way. When it arrived with the delivery drivers they had a very hard time getting it in the room but with plenty of patience and persistence they got it in! Never felt rushed and they took the most care of my sofa! I will 100% shop again at critelli furniture!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

There’s a lot going on. First, everything is just the wrong amount of too expensive when you look at the product. Second, beautiful store. Third very nice staff and nice seating arrangements. I would like to finish on a neutral note. Critelli’s isn’t for everyone nor is it pretending to be, and I recognize some amazing artistry, yet, I feel sometimes as if it comes off a little too much on the “pretending to be nice so we can sell it for a lot” side of things.

Ordered Palliser chairs that were delivered w bulky bulging stuffing in both chairs. I was advised they would need to be reworked fixed and repaired then sent back to me! When I declined to have the repaired items redelivered, I had to fight for 7 weeks to get my money back. I had ordered a love seat at same time which was held hostage until the payment on the chairs were settled. I was told by Critellis that it is standard in the industry for furniture in North America to have to be reworked. Condescending managers that wasted weeks/hours of time and energy! They also use the Urban Barn online design layout and send it to customers. Horrible experience
