St. James Park
One of the most beautiful parks in the old city just beside St james Cathedral. It is a grate space for lunch during summer. It is conveniently located near St Laurent market so one can get food there and enjoy it in the park.Additionally to the flowers, green space and old trees the park has a large playground. It is a must if you are in the area.

Decent park for walking dogs and relaxing. There's a small section for colorful Tulips.

It’s a lovely park besides the church. Church is magnificent and beautiful. Park is also quite different with slides made in the shape of asparagus and what not. Good place to bring kids.

Whether it's a walk or just sitting by the tulips, it's a great place for family and dogs. Not 5 stars because at times the homeless camp out by the church.

St. James Park
lovely green space in the heart of the city, right by the monumental St. James Cathedral. many benches and trees, there is a super cute fountain (you can watch pigeons taking baths in it and squirrels drinking from it). an interesting wooden pavilion, that looks great but does not provide much shade or shelter from rain. there is a playground right next to it. walking distance from Yonge street. a great place for take out lunch or just to chill.

St. James Park
It's a great medium sized park, with lots of attractions like a flower garden with fountain, gazebo, playground, a nice stage, and with a backdrop of gothic St. James Anglican Church. Lots of friendly people, dogs, and children; it has nice benches to hang out in. I wish the Adelaide side had better grass and the police did a better job of removing squatters but it's generally a safe park.

For those in the St.James area, strolling through the park and stopping to see the spring colors is a great option. The square has a beautiful cathedral, benches and a beautiful space with flowers. On the lawn of the cathedral it is possible to play with the dogs, but remember to collect your pet's feces. The location is close to many bars and restaurants and the Market, and even has a playground further down the road. Worth knowing.

Beautiful little park with tulips in the Spring. Nice place to sit for lunch. Muskoka chairs are a nice touch.

There is a nice playground structure for the kids. My daughter likes the spinning wheel thing and the newly installed mist spraying thing. Not sure what either are called. She also likes to climb up that big box thing to go down the slide, but she doesn't actually like the slide. As a result, she climbs back down the other way... She also likes to walk on the asparagus/carrot/chopsticks thingy. I think they are carrots, however, I have heard varying opinions as to what they actually are.
