We recently worked with Kristi for our mortgage on a new home that we built and were extremely impressed with our experience. To everyone about to buy a home, mortgage a property, etc...Kristi went above and beyond for me and help me every steps of the way. My situation was unique and her advice made everything possible and I was able to finance my home. Kristi went above and beyond for us. She did a bunch of work for us when we first made contact with her. At that point we backed out of that specific deal due to too many big surprises in the home inspection. She was patient with my many questions and answered them clearly. 3 months later when we finally had a deal that my wife and I both loved, Kristi walked us through each step which made our situation less stressful. She always made herself available around our schedule.I'd definitely recommend Kristi to anyone else looking for someone who is experienced, professional, and personal.Thanks again for everything!

Kristi was able to complete a bridge financing option for us which is tricky, but adventitious to many clients. Stop working with whoever you are working with and give Kristi a call. She is incredible at what she does and, most importantly, she makes you feel like you are her only client. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and transparent and she ALWAYS has time for you. I never felt rushed, she was always happy to answer my questions (I usually have a lot), and she was always extremely personable and caring. She truly works for you and will do everything she can to get you into the right product at the right rate that works for your specific situation. She is by far the best advisor/broker I have engaged with and I will use her again.
