Excellent realtors through and through, and I say this having gone through a nightmare scenario with our first realtor, and ended up with an unsold house and many sleepless nights six month later. With Equipe Tardif, they were right on the money about the price point, aggressive and detail-oriented in marketing, and followed through with care and attention on every step after that. A month after we first signed, and the house is sold. Don't think twice about whether or not you should list with them.
