Nice spot on a sunny breezy day. Love the honeysuckle walk throughs. Mounds, big rocks and wooden structure for fun.

Not far from the small shop village of cowichan bay. There is a very short walking path, and a lovely view of the estuary. Lots of oysters near the rocks. This would be a nice place to sit and eat lunch from one of the lovely small businesses up the street.

Nice combo park. Kids adventure area / Dog Park / kayak dock. Great views of Cowichan Bay. Picnic tables so you can eat your fish and chips from the Rock Cod Cafe just down the road. Lots of parking with easy access for wheelchairs and walkers.

Pretty little park. Beautiful views. Great place to stop for lunch. Small beach just next to it, as well as a dock. Continue along the path to Hecate park.Parking, garbage cans, and benches available.

We walked from downtown Cowichan Bay along a pathway that borders Cowichan Bay road and ended up at this cozy park that allows full views of the entire Estuary…we watched several small boats being launched…we wandered along the completely available shore line and totally appreciated the bird life, the shore line with interesting beach debris, and the wide open skylines…after 3 hours of wandering and taking interesting photos we returned to our starting point..

We'll maintained and lots of shade on hot sunny days. Good spot for spotting birds and marine animals. Looks like plenty of parking but we walked from the village. Good spot for launching kayaks and small craft. Definitely worth a visit.

Such a great place to enjoy the bay. Nice breeze, lots of sunshine and very friendly people. My 94 year old mom and her 17 year old dog find it very convenient..close parking and solitude for those who dont get outside much.
