Dr.Kiran Cheema

Best Doctor I've had in Canada. Won't jump to conclusion and takes time to listen to patient's concern. Never had to wait for longer than 15 min of appointment time to be seen which is rare in our healthcare system. Dr. Cheema also takes family appointments and are willing to extend the appointment time to discuss with each family member.

Irresponsible!!! The doctor doesn't care about her patients. She didn't return my phone call.The receptionist actually hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back she doesn't answer during the hours.Irresistible, unreliable!!!!The hours sucks why would you even bother to open at all!!!!

It's hard to get a young female family doctor, let alone one who cares about you. Caring is the most important part, the wait times are fine for doctors in Canada. I've never waited more than a half hour with appointments.Dr. Cheema, listens(and hears you) wants what's best for you and if she's not the person you need to talk to she'll get you a referral to a specialist. Too many doctors don't listen, don't care, and practice the suck it up" routine.I spent nearly 10 years without a family doctor and now travel almost 2 hours and take time off work to see her when I need to. Worth it."

I have never encountered such a careless and rude physician in my life. She will cut you off mid-sentence, minimize your concerns, and is always in a rush to leave the room. The office is also very mismanaged, I’ve had paperwork misplaced and been given incorrect information due to disorganization. I don’t know how this office is still running. Please believe these reviews from real patients and don’t waste your time and jeopardize your health by choosing Dr. Cheema as your health care provider.

Dr Kiran had been my family doctor since 4 years. We are very satisfied with her service. She also handled my pregnancy checks last year. She is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend her.

I only been to Dr. Cheema a couple of times, the last time was about 3 years ago for PAP Test, and never when back. She shouldn't be in family practice and should stick with Plastic Surgery. When my husband was sick the past few year she never returned his calls and he couldn't get an appointment with her. He found a new family doctor who diagnosed him with cancer, he passed 3 months later. We never did hear back from Cheema! Shame on her!

Dr Kiran and her team members are best in helping and caring, I had my Eczema issue from more than a year, I found myself helpless, I tried various ointments, creams, herbal stuff etc. in curing it, but Dr Cheema suggested me some medication which really worked well to cure, it is almost gone, moreover second experience with my lower back pain - that one is also handled very well and it is in a improving stage, Heartily thank you to Dr Kiran and her team member,

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this doctor. Communication is very poor it is difficult to get an appointment with her and frankly her knowledge and abilities are questionable in my opinion. As was mentioned in other reviews she tries to run a cosmetic like clinic and should stick to that. If you need medical advice you should go to a doctor that is more knowledgeable and capable.

She has been my doctor since I was 19 and pregnant with my twins she is the best it had and will always be the best she was there for me on so many was hmm

As a Woman, I would NEVER trust Dr. Cheema. She runs this clinic like an auction. I was her patient in my early 20s to late 20s and finally left her. She has zero compassion for her patients. Her front desk staff are overworked and SO rude. Isn’t it crazy that when you walk into her office she advertises Botox and fillers- in a place where people come to talk about their health issues, could have other insecurities etc? …they also randomly charge for paperwork and do not have a fee list of services. They hide it and only verbally tell you faxing things to another office etc. has fees. As a patient you’re supposed to be able to trust your doctor implicitly, have them care and listen, ask for advice…. and she is only about $. She over speaks, she has ZERO empathy, she doesn’t listen, she rushes you. The best thing she’s good at is just providing a requisition and getting you out of the office asap. The only time I’ve spent over 5 mins in that room was for the annual checkup. One time she got upset that I went to the emergency for a head injury and didn’t go to her. I could write more but I hope this is good enough for you to understand to RUN!!!! (And find a different family physician)
