We bought for more than $9,000 of products from Club Piscine a few days ago, among the purchase was a gazebo -- that was delivered a week ago. Today trying to assemble the product, we found out that several pieces were missing.Our issue, they didn't check their trucks, when we called the were insulting as if it was our fault that they had not delivered all the parts...Products are reasonably priced -- service is average.Note: They will deliver the missing parts later today. Crew to assemble was sent home.

Je rejoins plusieurs des clients avec un avis très négatif du service à la clientèle au niveau non seulement sur service pièce et main d'oeuvre mais aussi du propriétaire Jonathan. J'avais déposé en avril ma machine au sel pour une vérification suite à des ratés de production de sel. Après plusieurs relances , messages vocaux, le suivi était vous devez acheter une nouvelle machine au sel... mais en plus mon tuyau qui était collé à la cellule avait été arraché ce qui m'a occasionné beaucoup de trouble et de frais pour réparer. Après vérification des codes d'erreurs du fabricant c'était la Flow Switch que j'ai nettoyer à la brosse à dent et .... miracle ça fonctionne. Mais pour exprimer mon insatisfaction j'ai contacté Jonathan le propriétaire pour raconter tous mes enjeux et me faire rembourser mon frais d'analyse et nettoyage " de ma cellule (déjà nettoyer)... et bien résultat .... rien 0 suivi et un appel ou j'avais l'impression de mentir pour défendre mon point... en gros allez ailleurs !"

Single most dishonest store owner of ANY type of retailer/ product that I have ever dealt with in any industry. I went to the franchise near DIX30 and they were great, honest, helpful. But they said for my country house I needed to go to the franchise near the house so I did. The franchise in St Jerome/ St Agathe gladly sold me the hot tub (I knew exactly what I wanted thanks to the guy near Montreal). But then they claimed that I had to pay for delivery using a boom truck even though ALL of the paperwork said that was needed and was included in the cost. They didn’t do anything they promised IN WRITING about installation. The quality of the steps and the cover were not what 5hey said in writing. And then they had an attitude about it and lied and got mad at me when I pointed out their lies and the written contract.STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM CLUB PISCINE IN ST JEROME AND STE AGATHE. THE GUY IS A TOTAL LIAR AND JUST WANTS TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. He is so bad I would say even go to Trevi instead.Seriously, find a local guy. This franchisee should lose any business license he has.
